VICTORY BREWING COOKS FINE FOOD WITH ITS AWARD WINNING BREWS

(Downingtown, PA) — The Victory Brewing Company name is synonymous with quality beer. Over the company’s 11-year history the organization has won numerous awards in beer competitions in both Europe and the United States and honors from newspapers nationwide, including The New York Times.

On March 1, 2007, Victory Brewing will launch its newest web offering, an entire site dedicated to cooking and pairing with craft beer. Within the site will be an ongoing series of podcasts featuring culinary staff from some of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s finest restaurants and Victory’s own brewery executive chef. Additionally, there will recipes, cooking with beer tips, pairing with beer suggestions, and a description of beer styles courtesy of beeradvocate.com.

“Creation of this new website will help Victory reach out to people who enjoy fine food and other alcoholic beverages, but may not have experienced the vast array of full flavors available in craft beer. It also adds a new level of involvement and experience for our core audience,” said Jake Burns, Victory Brewing Company communications coordinator.

This new site will add to the experience level of Victory beer. Bill Covaleski, co-founder of Victory, looks to promote the lifestyle and enjoyment aspects of pairing and cooking fine food with quality craft brewed beer.

“The many flavor options available in our brews are perfect to enjoy with anything from seafood to the heartiest steak. This is about informing people and letting them in on the secret of a fine culinary lifestyle,” said Covaleski.
