WHY:               Victory Brewing Company of Downingtown, Pa., and the Victory Brewing Women’s Professional Cycling Team look to educate youths on bike and helmet safety to ensure a safe and enjoyable bike riding season in the Downingtown area. This event is part of the weeklong series of activities leading up to the Commerce Bank Liberty Classic, America’s largest and most important cycling race for women to be held Sunday, June 11, in Philadelphia, Pa.
