Gail Simmons of Top Chef fame introduces Lester Holt of Weekend Today to the wonders of Prima Pils and spicy Thai food. Good pairing.

Highlight: Lester’s sincere reaction “Oh, that’s really good.”

Lowlight: Gail almost calling it a “Victoria” Prima Pils.
