The Brewmasters of Victory, Stone and Dogfish Head will be in house brewing Victory’s batch of the trio collaboration Saison du BUFF. Join Bill Covaleski, Ron Barchet, Sam Calagione and Greg Koch for a three-course lunch and learn more about the BUFF collaboration.
 
$35 including gratuity (advance tickets only), for this tasty, three course lunch with Brewmasters. Beer servings are complimentary.
 
1st course – Prima Pils tempura soft shell crab with spicy grilled pineapple salsa and passion fruit granité
Paired with Prima Pils
 
2nd course – Prosciutto wrapped smoked lamb loin with Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale melted tomatoes and pomegranate molasses
Paired with Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale
 
3rd course – Saint Andre and fresh berry almond crusted cheesecake with a Saison du BUFF sabayon

    My heart’s been broken! I was looking forward to this so much and ended up being too late to get a ticket to join my friends! :( If anyone out there has an extra ticket, I would be FOREVER GREATFUL if I could buy it from you! I feel like such a bum for waiting til today when my group already bought their tickets last week, and now I’m ‘that guy’. If anyone can help a fellow beer lover out, please speak up, please!

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby. That same year (1985), Bill gave Ron a home brewing kit as a Christmas gift. With that, both Bill and Ron developed their love of the craft…
