Tria Rittenhouse Square and Tria Washington Square West

Learn about and enjoy a different not-so-common wine, cheese and beer every Sunday—at incredibly low prices. School was never this delicious!

This week’s featured beer is Victory Swing Session Saison!

Oh so ready for warmer weather? Swing into the season with this brand-spankin’ new brew from local favorite Victory Brewing Company. This springy Saison is low in alcohol, but high in flavor thanks to a blend of whole flower US-grown and German noble hops and an heirloom Belgian farmhouse yeast strain. For extra oomph and character, Swing is brewed with wheat, rye, oat and barley malt, as well as peppercorns and lemon zest. The result is herbaceous and bright, citrusy and refreshing, and nowhere near as boring as other “session” ales you may have encountered. The lower ABV allows you to sip, savor and enjoy many a Swing without ending up with a pounding headache and Advil for breakfast. Sunny, warm days are fast approaching —we’ll “cheers” to that!

That same year (1985), Bill gave Ron a home brewing kit as a Christmas gift. With that, both Bill and Ron developed their love of the craft…
