Join us as we celebrate our 18th Anniversary with good eats and tasty brews! Our beer dinner will feature a five course meal, each course paired with one of our timeless beers.

 

 

 

Amuse bouche- Crispy Maitake Mushroom, House-made Black Truffle Mayonnaise, Fines Herbs

1st Course- Purée of Split Peas, Smoked Ham Hock, Crispy Pig’s Ear
Paired with Hop Ticket Hoppy Wheat

2nd Course- Warm Goat Cheese “Crouton”, Baby Lettuces, Champagne Vinaigrette
Paired with DirtWolf

3rd Course- Roasted Alaskan King Crab, “Melted” Leeks, Vanilla Bean Beurre Blanc, Pickled Radish
Paired with Mad King’s Weiss

Intermezzo- Lemon & Rosewater Granité

4th Course- Braised Beef Cheek, Purée of Parsnip & Turnip, Red Wine Reduction, Glazed Vegetables
Paired with Belgian IPA

5th Course- Individual Warm Chocolate Cakes, House-made Coconut Ice Cream, Passion Fruit “Caviar”
Paired with Red Thunder

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby. That same year (1985), Bill gave Ron a home brewing kit as a Christmas gift. With that, both Bill and Ron developed their love of the craft…
