Class will be taught by Shannon LaSpina RYT 200. Shannon has been practicing Power yoga since 2007. She took her first class at the Dragon Gym in Exton. After the first class she became dedicated to her yoga practice. She is also a certified Killing it with Kettlebells (KIWK) Level 1 Instructor.
