PASA’s 7th Annual BIKE FRESH, BIKE LOCAL ride offers different route options to make this the perfect ride for those who haven’t been on their bike in a while to cyclists looking for a challenge. Get your family, friends and co-workers out to appreciate the beautiful rolling hills of Chester County and see where our food comes from!

The ride starts and finishes at Chester County’s very own Victory Brewing Company. Bikes and beer can’t be beat!

The event features:

  • Your choice of a 25, 50 or 75 mile bike route on some of the area’s most beautiful roads (all routes begin and end at the Downingtown Tech Center, adjacent to Victory Brewing Co., in Downingtown, PA)
  • Delicious local foods lunch and an award-winning Victory draft beer after the ride (for riders 21+ years of age)
  • Detailed cue sheets, SAG support and friendly volunteer help
  • Well-stocked reststops
  • A fun day supporting local food and farmers

 

Proceeds support PASA’s work in Eastern Pennsylvania on behalf of family farms growing fresh fruit, vegetables, and humanely raised poultry, beef and pork.

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby.
