Come out to Savona in Gulph Mills for a special Victory Beer and Cocktail pairing.  Owner and Co-Founder, Bill Covaleski will be hosting this fun play on a beer dinner on Savona’s enclosed deck .  Victory Brewing Company’s new Swing Session Saison will be transformed into 3 different cocktails along with paired dishes by Savona’s Executive Chef – Andrew Masciangelo.  Please call for Reservations, dinner starts at 6:30pm – see menu below!

May 1st, 6:30 pm @ $65.00 per person, outside on the Terrazzo.  Every course will be coming off of an outdoor grill.

You will be greeted with Victory Swing in the bottle, Pizza and Fried Artichokes.

1st Course
Grilled North Atlantic Swordfish, Marinated Spring Bean Salad, Sauce Vierge
Sam’s Swing Cocktail – Basil, Beefeater 24, Canton Ginger, St. Germaine, Elemakule Bitters, and Lemon Juice

2nd Course
Lamb Spiedini, Grilled Treviso, Ciabatta, Chili-Lime Crema
Carmen’s Swing Cocktail – Strawberry, Rhuby, Rhubarb Bitters, Agave, Nonino, Marie Brizard, Lime Juice

3rd Course
Grilled Spiced Pineapple, Vanilla Gelato
Tony’s Swing Cocktail- Gosling’s Black Seal, Drambuie, Brown Sugar, Black Walnut Bitters

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby.
