As a perfect segue into autumn, KSQ Amber Ale melds the firm, malty texture of rich, amber malts with fresh Kennett Square Creminis mushrooms, sourced locally from Phillips Mushrooms, to deliver a subtle and satisfying culinary creation. What begins as a classic fall ale, reminiscent of the German Marzen style, moves softly to a fulfilling finish with savory, earthy undertones, with a final infusion of portable and shiitake mushrooms. It used 100% German Munich 30 malt it impresses with a nutty, light chocolate flavor and aroma, but finishing dry on the palate.
