American Wild Ale
Savor this WildDevil Brett IPA as it completes its long journey. Our Menacingly Delicious HopDevil IPA is transformed by Belgian-Style fermentation. The addition of Brett Brux yeast creates a wild ale that is slightly tamed during 6 months of aging in Napa Valley red wine barrels. This funky ale emerges into a beautiful, bitter tang with an oak softness and a dry finish.
Malt: Pilsner, Vienna, Medium Caramel
Hops: Cascade, Centennial
Brett laden aroma. Oaky undertones mellow out the body. Finish has a bitter bite and is bone dry. Maltiness is subdued from the Brettanomyces.
