The Yakima Valley of eastern Washington State is something of hallowed ground in American craft brewing as most new hop varieties have flourished there along with the solid, traditional varieties. All four hops for this brew have come to us from the Yakima Valley.

Hops: four varieties of American whole flower hops
Deep malt aromas of crisp pretzels emerge from the tenacious grip of big, juicy hop character in the initial impression of this beer. This heavyweight battle between fresh American hops and dark roasted malts is resolved harmoniously as the flavors merge to deliver complex satisfaction with a warming edge.
