BrewBQ Restaurant Team Application

Thank you for your interest in competing for the coveted People’s Pork award!

All restaurant teams will have 12-foot by 12-foot spaces to serve their most impressive BBQ pork dish (pork butt or pork shoulder) to the public. The restaurant team with the most public votes wins the coveted award and some serious bragging rights.

All restaurant teams can choose to sell food in addition to their free samples! Show off your best menu items and make some cash. We’ll also give you two BrewBQ t-shirts and four beer vouchers. All restaurant teams will be entered to win a 22-inch Rocky Mountain Smoker from Weber Grills!

Please Note: Restaurant teams will provide all of their own serving and heating equipment. There will be no electricity provided or generators allowed. All restaurant teams must also secure a License to Operate a Temporary Food Facility from the CCHD and have it on hand for the health department the day of the event. The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby.
