Thank you for considering Victory Brewing Company! Your special event is just that: whether it’s a regional conference, rehearsal dinner, fundraiser, networking event, or a wedding to be cherished for a lifetime, your day deserves excellence!

Victory is a full-service food and beverage catering company, offering a range of culinary creations, as well as our world-class beer. We provide trained service staff, talented chefs, and draught engineers for your special occasion. From event planning and coordination to day-of set up, service and breakdown, Victory will make sure that your event is one to remember.

Victory has served beer and barbeque at a variety of for-profit and fundraising events including the Chester County Balloon Festival, East Bradford’s Trail Blazer Run, and Downingtown’s Fall Fest. We also host the Victory BrewBQ, an annual barbeque competition, and Run for Ryan, a 5K run designed to raise money for some of our favorite charities. Additionally, we cater birthday parties, backyard barbecues and wedding receptions. Victory Brewing Company can help with all of your food and beverage needs!

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby. That same year (1985), Bill gave Ron a home brewing kit as a Christmas gift. With that, both Bill and Ron developed their love of the craft…
