Fresh Spinach and Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Serves: 4
16 oz. fresh spinach, washed and drained
8 oz. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
2 c. local chicken meat, cooked and cubed
Poppy Seed Dressing
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Toss spinach together with strawberries, Vidalia onions, and chicken. Mix all salad dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
