"Honey~Mint Refresher" (for 4)

Use Local Honey & Local Fresh Mint
For Four Delicious Local Ingredient Frosty Drinks
Prepare Four 12 oz. Pretty Tumblers filled with ice and a straw length snip of fresh mint
Make honey ~mint syrup by:
Whisking together in small bowl:
½ cup Robert and Elizabeth Hawkes Wildflower Honey for West Chester, PA
The juice of four lemons
Six minced, nice leaves of fragrant garden mint from the local farmer's market or your garden; ours is from Inverbrook farm in Unionville and available at Talula's Table
To Serve: Fill each glass ¾ full of San Pellegrino Sparkling water and top with ¼ of the prepared honey~mint syrup, Stir & Serve.
