Working with the Executive Chef/General Manager, Head Chef and Chefs, the Prep Cook will accurately and efficiently handle and prepare food products at assigned station. Prep cooks should have experience in scratch cooking, willingness to learn and teach and be able to handle large volume production. Be self motivated, work independently and be able to be flexible to adapt to our seasonal menus.
This person must be goal orientated and capable of growth with the company.
