Overview:
Working with the Victory Brewing Company team, the Electrical and Control Circuitry Mechanic is responsible for keeping the brewery, packaging and restaurant equipment running at a world-class caliber. This includes preventative maintenance, daily troubleshooting and commitment to continuous improvement of all machines and processes.

Facilities Maintenance Manager
Job Description: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Performance of general industrial electrical duties
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Layout and installation of conduit
- Troubleshoot control circuitry, diagnose, read schematics and perform necessary repairs
- Possess knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Keep accurate and complete records of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as completed
- Identify, suggest, propose, and discuss solutions to equipment and facility issues with management
- Assist in keeping maintenance shop neat and organized
- Provide basic hand tools for maintenance projects
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of DC and AC circuits, including three-phase
- Knowledge of electrical code – new and old
- Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Ability to use RSLogix as diagnostic maintenance tool – Seimens S7 Manager knowledge a plus
- Work with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision to support production priorities
- Positive can-do attitude and sense of urgency in performing duties
- Work in a safe manner to ensure your safety and that of others are in accordance with OSHA and company policy
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (2 shifts) to support 24-hour production operations
- Ability to be available for on-call weekend duty
- Minimum 5 years related experience
