Victory Brewing Company seeks an energetic Utility Operator to augment our winning restaurant team. The candidate that demonstrates the following capabilities and ethics would be suitable for this position. As a representative of Victory Brewing Company, our Utility Operator is expected to be:

  • Self-motivated to perform tasks outlined and/or those encountered in the normal work environment under direct, fulltime supervision

Scope of Duties:

  • Move quickly and efficiently throughout the restaurant, know all table numbers and sections in restaurant and be able to multitask
  • Help maintain overall restaurant and kitchen cleanliness, including but not limited to:
    • trash removal
    • dish pickups from the buss station and from expo
    • operate the dish machine efficiently and effectively
    • bathroom maintenance
    • table and floor cleanliness
  • Communicate with wait staff regarding any bussing or dish pickups
  • Constant attention to hazard control points to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices and adherence to health and safety regulations of Chester County Health Department
  • Attention to of all incoming and outgoing communication to and from kitchen and dish room
  • Take appropriate, immediate action in response to emergency situations
  • Constantly maintain composure, civility and professionalism in all work situations including demanding service periods
  • Other related duties as necessary and assigned


  • Ability to work with others as a team
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving at least 50 pounds
  • Flexible with regards to work schedule and hours
  • Ability to be around alcohol without abuse of it
  • Ability and endurance to work hard during shift

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby.
