Victory Brewing Company Teams with Yellow Springs Farm as CSA Pick Up Location

CSAs can be more than just vegetables. Here at Victory Brewing Company, we are a pickup location for the Yellow Springs Farm Cheese CSA.

Sign up now, and starting in May you can pick up your share three different kinds of artisanal cheese right here at Victory Brewing Company.  Every other week you’ll get to enjoy both fresh, pasteurized milk cheeses and aged raw milk cheeses, made from the milk of Yellow Springs Farm’s Nubian goats.

There are 13 cheese pickups over the course of the season. A regular share includes 3 cheese portions, and is $260. If you really love cheese, you can get a plus share for $340, which gives your four cheese portions per pickup. There’s also an everything but chevre share, which is made up of two, six-ounce portions for $295.

The Victory Brewing Story

The story of Victory Brewing Company starts on a school bus in 1973 when fifth-graders Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski stepped aboard, on their way to a new school. The two became fast friends and remained so, even as they grew up and went to college on opposite coasts. Just months out of college, Bill’s appreciation of good beer and access to his father’s home brewing equipment inspired him to explore the hobby.
